Eligibility Criteria

Customers are eligible for a free gift worth Rs. 999/- if the final order value is Rs. 3999/- or above, applicable only for prepaid orders.
If any discounts or promotional codes reduce the final payable amount below Rs. 3999/-, the free gift offer becomes invalid.
Orders made via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for the free gift.

How It Works

After placing a qualifying prepaid order, customers will receive a ‘Claim My Gift’ link via WhatsApp on their registered number.
This link is valid for a limited period of 6 hours or until delivered, whichever occurs first.

Missed Gift Claims

If a customer misses claiming their gift within the stipulated window, they may still claim it by contacting our customer support.
In such cases, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 199/- will be applicable for the separate delivery of the gift.

Product Details

The free gift is a surprise item specially curated by the BEST ‘O’ CRAFT team.
It may include exclusive decor pieces, miniature artwork, or seasonal limited-edition items.

Terms & Conditions

Free gift items are not returnable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The offer is subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
BEST ‘O’ CRAFT reserves the right to refuse the free gift benefit in case of suspected misuse or fraud.
