Delivery Policy

  • All orders are shipped via the delivery service selected during checkout.
  • For Retail Orders: We aim to deliver stock items immediately upon processing.
  • For Wholesale Orders: Products are manufactured after receiving the order and payment, with a production time of 1-4 weeks. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a packing error:

  • We will guide you through the resolution process.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
